DELIVERY
Alka Fresca products are inspected to meet our high-quality standards. Each prepared bottle has an assigned unique number and checklist that is updated throughout manufacture and assembly. We also have an outside third-party quality assurance service certified by the EPA come to perform all required analyses confirming quality and safety of water. We maintain strict oversight throughout the entire production process.
It is for this reason, and attention to detail that gives us peace of mind that each order that leaves our location is in perfect condition when it is delivered to our valued customers. We appreciate your business!
Alka Fresca online store cannot accept returns on water and or related products that have been delivered to a customer, and they certainly cannot resell them. This is for health and safety reasons as products are considered perishable goods. Sales of products that are perishable in nature, such as water or related products, are final unless they fail to meet applicable customer guarantees.
Alka Fresca will not provide refunds but allow customers to instead exchange for an in-store credit or exchange the product for one of equal(same) or lesser value. Our Exchange Policy is limited to damaged or defective products via online orders only. Customer may exchange damaged or defective merchandise within 1 day of the original delivery date. Check your products upon receipt as exchanges will need to be approved within 1 business day of having received order. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange if we are not notified within the 24 hours of your receipt. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
CLAIMS
Damaged or defective goods should be reported to contact@alkafresca.com within 24hrs of receipt of the order. We will make every effort to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Pictures of damaged goods, manufacturing codes located on the top of the bottle, and order number (proof of purchase) will be required to process your request.

IN-STORE
New Container Purchase:
When purchasing a new container from our store, please check for any cracks and/or leaks before leaving as we can only validate product as defective at the time of purchase. We will not exchange or offer credit on new containers once it has left the premises.
In-store Purchases:
PLEASE INSPECT PRODUCTS PRIOR TO LEAVING PREMISES AS ALL IN-STORE SALES ARE FINAL.
NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY ITEMS INCLUDING WATER.
