Natural water bottled for distribution from a well that draws from a mineral-rich subsurface artesian aquifer  (a water-bearing underground layer held in permeable rocks or soil layers, confined by impermeable layers) in which due to the underlying geological conditions, the pH of these waters is naturally high.

In addition to the accumulation and extraction of artesian water the process begins with reverse osmosis technology to comprehensively filter out waterborne contaminants purifying the water for human consumption. The system then goes through a remineralization phase passing through all natural mineral cartridges restoring beneficial minerals, such as calcium, sodium, magnesium and potassium,  resulting  in higher than normal pH-balanced alkaline water. 

The alkalinity of water is determined by its pH level, which is gauged on a scale of zero to 14 in which a pH near zero indicates acidity and a pH near 14 signifies alkalinity.

Acidic water has a pH below 6.5 that can leach metals like lead, manganese, copper, and iron from wells and pipes, posing health risks due to potential toxicity. Pure water with a pH of 7 is neutral and considered balanced between acidic and alkaline. Alkaline water is treated to contain natural minerals such as Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, Sodium Bicarbonate and tends to have a higher-than-normal pH of 8 and above.

Alka Fresca reserves the right to accept or refuse a purchase in its sole discretion, and service availability may vary by location. Payment of invoice by Customer is an acknowledgment of acceptance and delivery.

We are operating in a touchless environment. To ensure the safety of our customers and our drivers, we are not doing dispenser set ups at this time. We’ll deliver your purchased dispenser right to your doorstep. No one needs to be home for a dispenser delivery at this time.

We have different ways of keeping you up to date on your next delivery. Normally  we'll send a delivery reminder via phone call and/or e-mail the day prior to your scheduled delivery to give you ample time to confirm and add additional products. If your order falls on a holiday, it will automatically be updated on your schedule. Customer is responsible and agrees to provide Alka Fresca with accurate delivery address, email, and a valid phone number for delivery notifications. Customer agrees that Alka Fresca will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery due to  any errors in such information; any action Customer may or may not take in reliance on the information provided to Alka Fresca. 

For the best quality of our bottled water products, it is advisable to store them in a cool, clean, or shaded area, similar to how you would store other packaged food items.

Our suggestion is to recycle our single-serve water bottles rather than reusing them. Each bottle we produce is recyclable.

The single-serve bottles are designed for one-time use as PET plastic may degrade from frequent washing and reuse, potentially permitting human bacteria to contaminate the contents. Therefore, we advise using the bottles once and then recycling them. On the other hand, our 3- and 5-gallon containers, made of polycarbonate, undergo thorough cleaning and can be reused before they are recycled.

If Customer purchases Equipment from Alka Fresca, Customer will be responsible for all repair or replacement costs unless otherwise specified in Alka Fresca's warranty, if any. Alka Fresca's  responsibility of equipment applies only from the point to delivery. Alka Fresca does not manufacture the equipment  purchased by customer, if any. Alka Fresca has not made and does not make any representation or warranty of any kind express or implied, with respect to the equipment, its suitability or fitness for any purpose or merchantability. CUSTOMER ACCEPTS THE EQUIPMENT "AS IS." No defect in or unfitness of the equipment, no loss or damage and no other condition whatsoever will relieve or suspend customer's obligations, which are absolute and unconditional. To the full extent permitted by law, COMPANY WILL INCUR NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER. IN ADDITION TO ACCEPTING  RESPONSIBILITY, ALL OF CUSTOMER’S CLAIMS  ARE TO BE INITIATED WITH THE MANUFACTURE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY DEFECT IN OR CONDITION OF THE EQUIPMENT OR ITS USE, OPERATION OR FUNCTION.

                                                           To maintain the quality of your water, it is 

                                                      essential to clean your water dispenser every 

                                                      three to six months. Here's how you can do it:

Items needed before you start:

• Clean rubber gloves
• Paper towels
• Scrub brush
• Scrub pad
• Boiling hot water

Steps to clean your dispenser:

• Unplug the electrical cord and remove the bottle and baffle (if applicable).
• Drain any water through the spigot.
• Fill the reservoir with boiling water and wait for 3 minutes.
• Use rubber gloves and a scrub brush to clean the reservoir and baffle. Avoid using anything abrasive.
• Drain the water through the spigot.
• Clean the spigots, body, and handles with hot water.
• Rinse, dry, and replace the baffle and plastic top. Place a full water bottle on top.
• For a hot water dispenser, remove air by opening the hot spigot until water flows freely.
• Plug in the unit and allow the water to heat up or cool down.
• Once air is removed, plug your cooler into a grounded receptacle.

Cleaning the Drip Tray:

• The drip tray should be emptied and cleaned monthly. Remove it, clean with mild soap and water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.

When placing an order with Alka Fresca, the Customer agrees to adhere to all terms, policies, and guidelines related to On-Demand Bottled Water services. Service fees and tips for On-Demand Bottled Water Orders & Delivery may not be refundable if an order is cancelled past a certain point. Additionally, a cancellation fee may apply to cancelled orders.

The acceptable cancellation window for On-Demand Bottled Water extends from when the Customer places an order to scheduling a shipment or delivery date. A CANCELLATION FEE OF UP TO $9 IS APPLICABLE IF THE CUSTOMER CANCELS AN ORDER 48 HOURS (2 Business Days) PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED SHIPMENT OR DELIVERY. Orders cancelled within 48 hours (2 Business Days) of the scheduled delivery or shipment date will not be refunded. On-demand orders and deliveries for the same day or the next day cannot be cancelled or refunded.

When artwork meets any edge of the label without a white border or blank space between the artwork and the edge of the label. Bleeds run a little over the crop line where the labels are cut. This ensures that the label will not have a white line.

This is a small one-time fee of $120 that is required for all initial orders of custom labels. If ordering multiple versions, this fee applies to each artwork file. A setup charge in our industry is the cost of preparing the equipment needed to put your artwork on our products. The setup fee does not go toward art and graphics services like creating the perfect proof as you are providing a finished design. If you are reordering from an initial order you have purchased in the past year, and your artwork hasn’t changed, your setup charge for that item will be waived. By request we can keep your custom design on file to ensure a smooth reorder process. 

An invoice will be provided upon return of signed order agreement and payment due upon receipt. Once your payment clears, we will begin production immediately on your custom label bottled water order.

The price per case varies based on the quantity ordered. Custom label bottled water requires a minimum quantity of 10 cases. 

*Overrun / Underrun allowance: 10 – 20%. If exact quantities are required, you must notify us prior to production as this may result in added cost. 

Lead times may vary depending on your order specifics, market conditions, shipping delays, and supply chain limitations. Plan for 5 to 8 weeks from the time you order until the day it is delivered. There are a lot of variables with production and shipping time. To ensure prompt delivery for your event, we recommend placing orders well in advance.

Yes, we can accommodate nearly all rush order request. Turnaround projections depend on the order volume and the time of the year. There are rush order fees that are applied, and they may vary. Any new order requiring less than 3 weeks is classified a rush order and is subject to approval by Alka Fresca.

Leverage discounts on recurring, bulk and truckload custom labeled bottled water. To avoid delays, provide 30 days’ notice of paid recurring orders to keep inventory in stock. Yes. Customers may prepay for labels to be kept in stock for recurring orders, which greatly reduces the lead time on an order. Small stocking fee may apply. We recommend you print additional labels if you know in advance that you will be doing a re-order. Artwork is kept on file for a period of 1 year. 

Shipping cost will be provided upon quote request and varies depending on destination and volume of order. Local delivery is available with rates starting at $8. 

Yes, you can use a carrier of your own choice. We will require the completed bill of lading, a completed packing slip, and the contact’s name and phone number at the freight company.

Yes. Call us for details about receiving your order in separate shipments. After your initial shipment, we require a 15-business day lead time for any subsequent deliveries using the same label.

Yes, please let us know at the time the order is placed that you would prefer to pick up your order, so we can schedule a convenient pick-up time once order is confirmed to be completed and ready.

Yes, we are committed to sustainability and use 100% recycled materials for our bottles. These high quality, durable water bottles are perfect for in-house bottlers or major bottling industries. There are no chemical phthalates or bisphenol A (BPA) in PET plastic, and therefore PET plastic does not leach these substances. PET plastic is approved as safe for food and beverage contact by FDA. 

Sample requests are intended for business use in evaluating the product for future purchases. They are not intended for personal or small purchases. We provide a purchased sample by request for you to assess the quality of our product and label printing before making a large order. All sample requests are reviewed for approval by a customer service representative. Keep in mind this will add to the lead time. A minimum of 7000 custom labels is considered a bulk order. This will be the minimum of 4 pallets of custom label bottled water. 

You don’t need a team of professional designers to create the perfect label. You can design and order your own labels.Creating custom label designs is easy just be mindful of the artwork requirements. Consider using design tools like Adobe Illustrator, or any other vector-based program. Also, online software like Canva is helpful. Lastly consider checking out ready to print label templates for various artwork options.

Should designing seem intimidating and you find it necessary, we'll generate your label using just your logo. We can add your contact information and your message. For those who appreciate simplicity without sacrificing functionality. A minimalist label is a request away with a small generating fee. 

As we firmly believe nobody knows your vision like you do, we recommend you experiment and try to capture the style in your imagination and be sure to give yourself plenty of time to complete the project.

Certainly, if your labels are the same size, stock, and finish, you can print multiple custom labels with different content within a single order. Each version does require its own setup fee. 

Due to the custom nature of this service upon your label approval there will be no cancellation available.
